Pierre Fabre is looking for a Nordic HR Business Partner colleague for the office in Søborg, who is going to support the Nordic Pharma and Dermo-Cosmétique organisation (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland) in all HR matters.

With direct report to North & West Europe HRBP, Nordic HR Director, you will focus on supporting the two Nordic management groups.

As Nordic HR Business Partner, you will have different touch points in the Pierre Fabre organisation, e.g., with HR business partners from other subsidiaries for the animation of the global HR community, sharing of “best practices”, collaboration with the manager of the subsidiaries, and Finance/Performance Management/Controlling.

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide human resources monitoring and advice to the management group, and all managers and employees of the scope within the framework of the Group HR policy
  • Listen to and influence leaders in the HR strategy of their business, support the economic performance of the company alongside the business in its actions to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Deploy the Group’s HR policy within its country, adapting it if necessary, and implement the defined processes

  • Support employee skills development and career management in its scope, and offer managers action plans
  • Responsible for labour law and payroll processes in the Nordics
  • Manage relations with staff representatives and support managers on psycho-social risks
  • Manage the budget and control the associated costs, challenges and propose alternative solutions
  • Analyse and manage HR performance KPIs to improve the overall performance of the organisation
  • Lead and supervise the team. Develop skills, both individually and collectively

Ideally, you have experience from an international company, e.g., Nordic set-up, and +3 years of experience with tactical and operational HR activities. You bring a commercial mindset that can convert HR into business-supporting activities. HR-related skills include experience with recruitment, Danish and ideally Nordic (SE, NO, FI) labour legislation, and change management. Some experience with payroll is a plus.

You probably have a higher education in Human Resources, business/marketing, or equivalent knowledge acquired through professional experience. Finally, you are fluent in English, both orally and in writing.

You are a person with a great sense of detail and a transparent communication style, and you are used to acting with short deadlines. Finally, you can relate to Pierre Fabre’s 7 Behaviors: embrace vision, performance-oriented, act like one, grow every day, innovate, be ambitious, and offer feedback.

Pierre Fabre offers a great opportunity with development potential, the ability to grow professionally and personally, and the opportunity to execute several projects independently.

Travelling: Limited. Max. one week per year, e.g., travel to Finland, Sweden and Norway in relation to collaboration.
