Do you want to set financial planning and analysis standards across a global market-leading company?

As Director, Financial Planning & Analysis at Frontmatec Group, you will be responsible for developing and leading the entire group’s financial planning and analysis agenda, including the different entities globally. You will report directly to the CFO and be involved in developing processes and procedures for financial planning and analysis, leading and overseeing technology implementation projects, etc.

The position covers many different tasks and areas of responsibilities, but common to all is developing, implementing, and streamlining across the Group, making Frontmatec Group best in class regarding data-driven insights. Your work will thus be fundamental for supporting the management team in making decisions on a well-informed basis.

Your main tasks will be within the following areas:

• Developing FP&A
• Supporting the business and Frontmatec’s strategy
• Stakeholder Management and Management support
• Stakeholder development and implementation

You have solid experience driving FP&A processes and creating financial transparency and insights. This has been your primary field of expertise for at least five years and has given you a good understanding of how FP&A processes can contribute to growth and optimisation in a complex business.

You have a relevant master’s degree in economics or finance and have some understanding of the accounting and controlling process. Furthermore, experience from an international company with a project-based economy will be an advantage since Frontmatec delivers turnkey projects globally. However, most important is your ability to communicate complex financial information in a visual and well-informed way.

You have a positive and proactive work attitude with a hands-on working style. This, combined with your logical and detail-oriented mindset, makes you capable of setting clear and visible goals and ensuring stakeholders are well-informed.
