As GEA Denmark’s new Head of Service Food Solutions Denmark, you will have the P&L responsibility of the service business in GEA Food Solutions Denmark in the FHT Division. The position will play a vital role in redefing the service business for GEA Food Solutions and in implementing the changes needed to execute the service and sales strategy.
Your role and responsibilities include:
You will report to the Sales Manager in close collaboration with the local Managing Director and the rest of the GEA business units in Denmark.
You have minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position as a Service Manager or Technical Manager at a larger production site. You are an experienced and motivating manager, a strong negotiator, are result driven, consequent and a strong executer. You have worked with negotiation and sales of service contracts, preferable within the Food Processing industry, but it could also be from wind energy, power plants or infrastructure industries.
Ideally, you hold a relevant technical education, such as mechanical engineer or similar. Your strong commercial skills and experience with strategy execution from service or logistic businesses, combined with your interpersonal skills and change management experience, give you the ability to transform the service concept at GEA Denmark. You work analytically and structured, and you are able to execute through other people in the organisation.
As GEA Denmark’s new Head of Service Food Solutions Denmark it is expected that you play an active part in sales and negotiation of services and that you promote a more business- and commercial-oriented customer approach in the service team.

Travelling: There will be some travelling to customers but also across sites within GEA Denmark.
