As Program and Market Director at AMMEGA, Modular Belts you will have the overall Business Unit responsibility to link the technical and product development organisation with sales organisations across markets and industry segments – improving communication and focus.
With direct report to the Managing Director at Modular Belts the Program and Market Director takes ownership of all innovation projects, technical projects running within the Business Unit, being responsible of identifying future needs and building innovative capabilities in order to ensure and retain competitive advantages.
Your approach challenges both technical teams and the commercial strategy in each market and for each industry segment as well as for the Business Unit in general in order to innovate from a 360-degree perspective and include all relevant stakeholders, and thereby develop a product range that is essential to the commercial growth strategy.

Your qualifications are gained through a career within project management, product development, product management, business development and commercial roles. Over the years, you have been involved with integrating business and customer needs into product development processes and you enjoy interacting with various stakeholders.
Educationally you could be an engineer who over the years has added commercial and managerial theories to support your roles.
You are a person with strong cross-functional leadership competences, you have an entrepreneurial approach and well trained commercial and analytical skills. Furthermore, you thrive in agile, interpersonal and multicultural settings.
As a leader you are an experienced people manager who understands bringing a team together and pointing out the strategic direction and goals for the organisation.

Travelling: 30 – 50 days per year to primary markets.
