Ascendis Pharma is looking for an experienced, driven and talented Warrant Program Manager to be a member of the administrative set up in Ascendis Pharma.
As Warrant Program Manager at Ascendis Pharma you will be responsible for administration of the company’s warrant program with respect to grants, exercises and forfeitures.
With direct report to the Chief Legal Officer, you will work closely with Finance, HR and the Legal functions in order to establish this new position.
Your main tasks are:
Your qualifications are 4+ years of experience in managing a warrant program or similar, or you have worked with Compensations & Benefits in an international company. You have a proven track record of providing excellent professional customer service and you have experience in working with regulatory and compliance matters as they relate to warrants.
You are trained so you can manage both legal and financial aspects of the warrant program. Preferably you are trained as HA Jur, cand.merc.jur or cand.jur.
As a person you are disciplined and detail-oriented. You have a high level of integrity and excellent analytical abilities. You are able to partner with cross-functional teams, including Legal, HR, Tax, Payroll, and Accounting. You have exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and are fluent in English, both written and spoken. You are an expert user of Excel. Finally, you are able to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced international environment.
Place of work: Ascendis Pharma resides in a wonderful office facility in Tuborg Havn in Hellerup with a view of the harbor, the canals and the sea.
